On 4th of July 2024 (yesterday) I went for the interview in Williams Lee a candidate for document production associate trainee . I'm referred by a friend who is currently working more than 3-4 years.Initially I asked him abt the processes and salary and he told me everything like assessment, interview and he said that assessment is simple one only we need to know the basics of ppt and I believed that and later recruiter called me and this took 2 weeks and he gave the links of basics of ppt to learn for the assessment and finally I went to Williams Lee in kochi for the assessment there were 10 candidates including me .the was 10 am and I reached there abt 10.05 after an hour a man who came guided us to a assessment room and explain everything there were 2 test in the assessment first is communication round and 2nd is the ppt assessment and its above the basics of ppt and we finish it off he said y'all can come after 3.15 to hear the results and we waited in a room he came and said none of us passed the test. Any one of us selected and I doubt that because some of the candidates went for to study ppt in a institution and that's why we all doubted 👀
