Let me start by saying Close advertises itself as a 4-day-a-week company. I mentioned to the interviewer that was one of the reasons I was excited to interview with them. I was surprised to hear that most do not actually have a 4-day work week, and it sounded like it was bad that I was interested in working with them because of the work-life balance. I was shocked about that.
