Because it gives me an opportunity to be creative and challenged every day I walk into a classroom and can get instant gratification by their smiles. Immediately I get to see that what I am doing can make an impact. I love seeing students face light up when they have an aha! moment or when they begin to improve and then share what they have learned with another student. (of course there are horrible days as well, but you don't need to share that at the interview!)
