I've always wanted to work with kids and give back to the world. (Then I mentioned a personal experience that changed my life and catalysed the urgency with which I wanted to get going with 'giving back'). I mentioned why I wanted to move cities to work in Dehradun. (It was not a sophisticated answer, I was young, first job interview, I was nervous and unprepared because of the way the interview happened but it didn't matter. You don't have to be 'sophisticated' or smooth to rise and thrive here. You do need to be dedicated and really good at your job. Please be very clear about this. Management is supportive and understanding but non-performers will eventually see the door).
