After showing my passion for kids with Autism, they start to talk about their training. Training was free of charge but if trainees quit, they are bound to pay HKD 20k compensation. A contract of 2 years starts right after the training, which, again, if employees quit within the two-year period, they have to cough up HKD 20k compensation. The training won't allow you to become a registered BCBA but they say that registration is not necessary for practice in HK.
