There is no potential for advancement in this company, and I have the emails from HR to prove it. The highest you can probably go (at least in my area) is shift supervisor, which is only an extra $1.50 or so above what the starting guard pay is. I wish I could say what I said, but I wasn't given an interview. I literally walked in, they asked me for my ID and SS, sat me in front of a TV, gave me a booklet to answer and the answer sheet for it, and said to let them know when it was done.
