Hi, I was interviewed at Apps Factory, I went through all the 4 rounds. I cleared the Hr and first technical round with a code challenge. Then I was asked to go for Experience day. I performed well and also completed the code challenge within time. I gave the managerial round pretty good. But after all this I was not selected. And they gave no proper reason for rejection. I would recommend not to waste time here. Since I found the hiring process wired. Even after passing the technical rounds a person is not selected.
