• I’ve always admired how many An Post employees stay in their roles for years, even decades — and that says a lot to me about the kind of workplace it is. If people are staying long-term, it must be a respectful, supportive environment — and that’s something I really value. • I’ve been living in place for the past three years, I’d love to connect more with the local community itself, especially if place is somewhere I see myself settling long-term. I think working with An Post would give me that local connection • I also really respect An Post’s efforts in sustainability — like using electric vehicles. While I personally can’t yet afford an electric car, I think it’s a great feeling to know that you’re going about your daily work in a way that’s better for the environment
