Ironically, the culture and respect. The growth. The industry, I’m starting a podcast and have a few friends who run them and I’ve seen the impact and growth it brings. Providing value before a sale is something podcasts do, and it has a massive growth potential globally already which is something I was excited to be apart of and contribute to. Innovation and constant improvements in a start up are also a big passion for me, and I felt I could really contribute there. I also travel to the UK every few months so I thought having a team there would be great! Culture reasons now out the door. I won’t be applying again. Hope this helps.
