For this question, it is great to say Macy's is a great store and etc. But what they really want to hear is that you like to sell and work in retail. For example "I love Macy's as a store because of its product selection and environment. I would be able to work in a fast pace job that doesn't get boring. I also can fulfill my customers needs by being able to provided everything they wanted and even things they did not know they needed or just liked. Being able to persuade people into buying my product is enjoyable for me."
