Very popular interview question and definitely one to practice but this was easy for me. I reached out to a few buddies that worked for UR already and they had nothing but good things to say about the company. Online glass door reviews were pretty positive as well, but seeing people you know that are happy and successful is the real deal. I wanted the family/work balance and opportunities for advancement. UR is the biggest rental co in the world, so that opportunity is there. I wanted to start fresh with a new industry where I could plan on making this a career and not just a job for short time. I went into the job search of this was going to be my last place of employment for the next 30 years and UR seems to be the best choice for me.
