I attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 2005. I was trained in Cordon Bleu cooking and also Front and Back of the house. My student advisor thought I would be very personable and an asset to the front of the house. I can also fill in on the cooking aspects and I'm very willing to wait tables. I have strengths in all departments of the restaurant. I'm a team player and would very much like to enhance your restaurant.
