I tied in my current role in my current company and shared that I was very much pigeon holed into doing limited tasks - I wasn't being challenged, and every time I went above and beyond to try and implement projects into my team, it would be unsupported or shot down from management as it didn't fit their agenda. I want to be placed in an environment where I'm constantly tackling new challenges and working alongside people to tackle on complex systems and come out with simple soluitons
