Why do you want to work with PSA?

I’m wondering if one absolutely has to have their passport before applying. The “check your qualifications” section says “I have or am able to obtain a passport”, so that would lead me to believe you don’t need it immediately to simply apply. 
Thoughts?

I would say you would need your passport prior to applying. Everyone that was selected in my group had a passport.

You don’t have to have a passport when u apply. You should however have applied  for it. They will ask for the date that you applied for it.
