While I did give him many reasons he should hire me, my proven track record was not good enough. There was not one thing I said that was good enough for the CEO. He required that after 4 interviews I still send him an email addressing three reasons as to why he should hire me, while I could think of several off the top of my head- I could not think of one reason I would want to work for him. Shortly after the interview, I formally withdrew my application.
