I explained to him based on what the company was looking for this would be a win, win situation because I had all the qualifications that they desired in an Account Excutive. This would give me the opportunity to use the knowledge I had to bring more value to the company, plus I knew that I could meet there metrics and supassed them because I had acheived this at my last job for three years consistently.
