Because I have a very dertermined work ethic I cannot work sloppy and making mistakes, I do the job correctly the first time. I do what I set my mind to and whatever you ask me to achieve I will work and practice the objective until I can achieve what is asked of me. Weather it be big or small, mentally or physically I will prevail better, smarter, increased productivity, and more of an asset to the company then before. All while being observant of my surroundings and aware of potential hazards as for the two-bar rule. And also spills on the floor need to be cleaned as soon as possible and not left there for another co-worker to get injured. Safety is the most important practice in the warehouse, and you always need to be cautious, but a happy medium of practicing safety and strive to meet the productivity required per work week.
