I explained that my long experience of serving in the army and handling difficult situations under stressful circumstances would assist me in handling any situation and provide the desired solution. Thereafter i gave various examples how i had carried out conflict resolution as a result of which i had contributed to the organisation. in addition, i apprised the interviewers how my long experience in the field of HR, Finance and Administration would result in the growth of the organisation. This too was elucidated with examples.
