I actually didn't know that that was what I was applying for and told them that I was actually a certified peer specialist. I have heard very bad things about ABA, but the interviewer said that their therapy is different than the norm and that's why they like to hire people who are not trained as RBTs yet. They want us to learn their way of doing it instead of the standard way.
