I explained that compensation and company culture were two things that were very important to me. From my understanding, Professions Inc has an extremely positive and friendly company culture. In addition, the ability to be able to make an above average income was very appealing. I also explained that working for a smaller sized company was appealing as well. I had worked at much larger sized firms and never felt a sense of commraderie like I did working for smaller companies.
