For a Director level position this test should not be required. As no real feedback was provided taking this test is a complete waste of time. Moreover, significant effort is involved, no remuneration is provided, and the code that is submitted becomes the property of Appnexus. A great deal for Appnexus but a blatant exploitation of valuable time for any software engineer. Avoid these people like the plague!
