Absolutely. I believe feedback isn’t about who gives it, it’s about what value it brings. If a junior colleague notices something that could improve my work or the process, I’ll gladly take it as a positive opportunity to grow. I’ll reflect on it, implement it if it adds value, and even discuss it with them especially if I have an alternate approach that could benefit them too.
