The interview was scheduled but never took place. After applying online, I was contacted to schedule an interview, which I promptly did. However, less than 10 minutes before the scheduled time, I was informed it needed to be rescheduled. Not ideal, but things happen and I understood. Over the following weeks, I reached out to the recruiter multiple times in an effort to reschedule, but my messages went completely unanswered. I never received any updates or communication - I never heard back from them again. This lack of communication and respect for a candidate’s time reflects poorly on the organization and was, frankly, one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve encountered.
