Had first round interview on zoom with three staff from different departments. They sent the interview questions via email 20 minutes ahead of time so I could prepare answers. Overall, they were supportive during the interview but I was never able to get feedback afterwards.

Structured round robin interview without any informal back and forth. Questions are provided ahead of time. Interviewers sat stonefaced and didn't offer any follow up questions. Never heard about next steps after numerous emails to HR.
