First of all I was invited to take an online test where I was asked to translate some sentences from EN into my mother tongue, and to reply to some email requests from customers (1h). Afterwards, I've had two rounds of interviews via Zoom, one hour and half an hour respectively. I was asked about my previous work experience and a lot of situational questions to see how I would have reacted under certain circumstances. Everyone was very friendly throughout the entire process.
