1 test and 3 interviews. The process was easy, 1 in person and 2 virtual interviews. Friendly and quite clear about the next steps as well. The in-person interview had 2, a team lead and a senior agent. The last interview was with a the head of CS at that time. The test at the beginning had some problem solving and email style questions.
