The interview process was long, intensive and a bit disjointed. Each stage – I went through 4 in the course of a month – felt like I was interviewing for a different role. That being said, most of the people I met in the nearly 5 hours of cumulative on-screen Zoom time were very friendly. What I didn't like was that the company assigned 3 different recruiters to my application process.
