Entrevista
After applying online, I was contacted be the hiring manger saying that they were interested in my profile and wanted me to answer a few questions about my visa status and previous employment. Then I received a questionnaire with 23 questions about my previous responsibilities, challenges faced , troubleshooting, goals, etc.
A week after this I received an email from the engineering manger to set up a phone screen interview. The interviewer called half an hour late and 2 minutes into the interview he put me on hold to receive another call for next 2-3 minutes. He asked me basic questions about my research, why I chose my branch and my previous experience. The interview lasted about 20 minutes in total and during this the interviewer was cold and sounded uninterested in my answers.
I got a reject after a week saying that they found a better candidate.
Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site

Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)

First was a 15 minute phone call with HR followed up by a 45 minute interview with hiring manager. One more round of interviews after this if I had gotten through
