I applied online and received a questionnaire (~20 questions). Once I filled that out, I was contacted for a phone interview. I was given very short notice on the phone interview. It was supposed to last 30 minutes, but actually lasted almost 50 minutes. I really thought I bombed it, but received an e-mail from HR that same afternoon with details for the next step. They wanted a skype interview that included a 30 minute presentation. These first few interviews happened very quickly (within 10 days of applying), so when I didn't hear anything for a month after my skype interview, I thought they weren't interested in me. I then received an e-mail to schedule an onsite interview on a Monday to go out that Thursday. I declined their offer to be flown out there because I decided I didn't want this job, so why waste both our times. I didn't appreciate the way they treated me - very demanding and wanting everything so quickly. Additionally, they asked me a lot of questions that were a waste of my time.
