The hiring team reached out to me, I also knew an employee from my previous company already, so I had a few bonus points to start with. Like any other big international company, you will talk to a multitude of people. One for the initial contact, one that will be your main contact throughout the process and all of the people you interview with. The first HR interview was as pleasant as it could be. It is one of the best I had so far. Not the typical tell me something about yourself questions. It was a nice conversation and the interviewer still got all the information he needed. The second round was OK as well. Unfortunately, I messed up the homework assignment and did not make it any further.

Entrevista
The interview process was straightforward and well-structured. The first round took some time to schedule, but once it began, everything went smoothly. The interviewer was professional, polite, and asked relevant questions. Overall, it was a positive experience and the conversation felt constructive and respectful.
