Fist job that was full-time from home office, as Appirio does not have a corp. office on East Coast (NY/Metro), so I was willing and able but it did become a challenge on ramp up. Besides a employee 101 bootcamp, they assigned me a "coach", virtual employee to help. It was "ok" at best.
