A complete waste of time applying. They have you take a test that includes many exercises to evaluate your ability to multi-task. Most of the tests require you tapping your keyboard.

15 min call with recruiter who then introduced me by email to the 1st interviewer to have us coordinate the interview ourselves. After two weeks, five attempts to put the interview on the calendar and 2 cancellations once confirmed on Workday’s end, I notified my recruiter I was removing myself from process. Obviously that message wasn’t relayed to the interviewer because I still received a call for an interview during a time I never confirmed. Overall very surprised no coordinator was involved to help schedule. Very bad impression - the company I recruit for would never provide such a poor candidate experience.
