At this stage, I had my results in, and they said I "passed" their coding tests, BUT I was not up to the standard they wanted and they let it be known I could end up going for a lesser paid position depending on how the rest of the process went. I was a little fed up with the whole process at this point and didn't want to continue further. I was already making more money where I was working, with more responsibilities, and working on much more modern and exciting technology. I do tip my hat off to all the people working there, but I get the sense they feel like they are "FAANG" based on this interview process. The reality is there are better interview processes elsewhere for positions that offer more in the way of meaningful compensation
