The interview process took over a month, all through Skype and was not finished yet. Basic screening with the HR, then interview with the senior manager, hence with EMEA director and later on I have been asked to make a presentation or a project management book. The downside of this process was that I always felt the need to run after feedback or to have update on my application cause the communication channel was very poor. The interviewers were very pleasant to talk with and interesting. No tricky questions they just want to know if you would fit in terms of culture. However I didn't get an offer and went further in the process after 4 interview rounds as my experience wasn't fitting, which I found almost disrespectful so far in the process.
