When invited to undertake an interview for a Web Developer position at OSE, candidates coming in via recruitment agencies or directly through OSE are advised that they will be required to meet in-person or undertake an interview via video conference. Prior to interview, all candidates are informed that completion of a development test will be required in PHP and is a key component of the interview process. The developer test allows our team to evaluate the fundamental programming skills of each candidate and is supervised by a Technical Lead, Senior Web Developer or our CEO who has spent his career as a developer. To be considered for a role at OSE, successful completion of the test is mandatory.
