First round phone call from recruiter, second round hour long video call with a UX Lead and Director. This was a technical interview where I did a walk through presentation of a project I worked on. Third round was another hour long video call with the same director and a UX designer from the team. This was more of a figure out what type of T shape designer you are and where you’d fit within the team. Final round was with the head of department (he likes to meet all hires in the department before they make an offer). This was more of a vibe check, to see if you fit on a personal level. This was pretty informal and more of a get to know each other and suss out if we want to work together.

There were so many HR personnel changes throughout the process, that they kept dropping the ball and forgetting about open positions, who they were interviewing, etc. It was really disorganized.
