The first interview was online, and it was pleasant, conversational and welcoming. I had a good feeling about it overall. When we reached the end of our conversation, he PROMISED me he would let me know if I moved to the next round within 3-5 working days. It's been 5 weeks. I sent an e-mail asking for an update - no response. I sent a 2nd one with an emoji (what's there to lose?) - nothing. Please don't waste our time in this very difficult job market. This looks just as bad on YOU as a company and how you recruit. SHAMEFUL.
