I applied online and heard back within the week. My initial interview was a quick call with the head of HR, which was great - she was friendly, engaging, and made me feel like she was really excited about me as a candidate. She followed up almost right away about scheduling the next interview. Throughout the entire process, I went on to meet with the hiring manager, two other people on the team, and ultimately the CEO. I really appreciated the exposure to so many people at different levels within the company - it really gave me a good sense of the role, the team structure, and the general culture, and was definitely a great way of handling a fully remote interview experience. HR was very responsive throughout the entire process, from initial interview through offer letter, and the onboarding process has been incredibly smooth and efficient as well. I couldn't speak more highly about the interviewing and hiring process.
