There was a call from Recruitment firm for an opening at Mumbai office. After a telephonic discussion, they have arranged 1:1 interview at Mumbai office. Had good conversion with Segment Manager and he had impressed with my past working experience & overall profile. After few days got a call from recruiter to inform me that my profile has got selected for Application Manager position. Next interview got arranged after a month with HR Head at Mumbai. Again, after over all screening & discussion I found that interview went well. Then, I had followed up with the recruiter to get update on final decision & offer, but they hadn’t turned up & said to me that company yet to reply on same. After frequent follow up I came to know that the same position got filled up by internal job posting. I felt very disappointed ! But didn’t have any choice.
