I contacted the managers and staff through LinkedIn. I was contacted by the recruiter and scheduled an interview. The recruiter could not even manage to contact me at the phone number I provided to the scheduler. And, she was late in the process. Her tone of voice indicated that she thought it was my fault. This is a great first impression. Although I don't know if I will get a second interview, I am inclined to think that they will treat employees with the same level of disrespect. I suggest looking elsewhere for a job. I did get the second interview. Yuck! The hiring manager was rude and pretty disrespectful. When I asked about his management style, he responded with a story about how his staff described him. He then said that his staff saw him not as a slave driver, but the head slave pulling as hard as the rest of the slaves.

I was initially reached out to by a recruiter, then had a phone screening and a two part test, followed by an in person hour long meeting with a sales manager, followed a week later by a panel interview with two managers. I was told that if I had moved on, I would have an additional interview with the VP of sales and then the CSO. I was told that after the panel I would not be moving on. When I asked for feedback in the third interview, both interviewers in the panel gave me very positive responses but told me that my recruiter would have specific feedback. When I was told 2 weeks later that they would not be moving forward, no feedback was given, even when pressed specifically for something constructive. I still have no idea why I didn't move forward, I would have loved to at least have an idea, especially when I am told directly to expect feedback and then receive zero. The canned response "we went with another candidate" seems like a lie and cope out when the company is still actively hiring for the position on all platforms. Wouldn't recommend interviewing here if you want to understand how you did in said interview.
