Recruiting coordinator emailed me a day after I applied to schedule a phone screen. Had a phone screen with the head recruiter about a week and a half later. The recruiter I spoke with wasn't very friendly, open and difficult to have a conversation with. She provided one word answers to any inquiries I made regarding details of the position. She seemed to have already made up her mind about not moving me forward before even getting on the phone with me. I have not received an update on the status of my application (it's been a couple months now) although I don't particularly care any more. It was a bit of waste of my time and I assume her's as well. It just left me with a poor impression of Xactly, definitely not a company I would aspire to work for in the future.
