The interview process was very long. Almost 3 months and 14 different interviews. My interest in the company and job was lower at the end of the process than in the beginning. That is a problem. The result? The position was put on "hold" and I was ghosted. Cannot stress how bad this process was as a candidate. If they treat Senior Leadership candidates this way, I cannot imagine how they treat other candidates.
