HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL I got call HR from Xoriant for the f2f interview on Saturday(28th Oct 2017) and he asked to reach by 10 o clock. My first round happened at 1 o clock and then 2nd round at 3 o clock with that they told i am selected and i will get a HR call on 30th Oct for salary discussion. When i came to know i was selected i clarified one thing with them that i had got direct call from HR of xoriant and i did not accept any invitation from any other consultancy. On Monday i get calls from consultancy who was talking really rude and telling me to accept that i went for interview from their side. When i called Xoriant HR who had called me and told all this he told we are having issue with multiple consultancies and we will clear this by EOD. Monday evening i got cal from Xoriant HR and he mentioned that i wud have to join by 3rd nov itself means in next 4 days, that also i accepted and started the process in my current company and they sent email asking for documents. Then again on Tuesday(31st Oct 2017) i got call from Xoriant HR saying that the project for which i was selected is still on hold and will get confirmation only by 15th of November also i would have to go through one more round of Managerial interview and then after i will get offer letter. These guys are highly unprofessional and i had worst time with them!
