      Entrevista

      Dumbest interview I've ever given Hand to heart. They interview candidates with a mindset to reject them rather than to select them hence they will always be in the shadows of big MNC's. I had given 4 rounds of interview and absolutely nailed every questions they asked me in technical interview. The HR who took my HR interview was least bothered about my candidature. At the end of the interview he said i was not being honest and said I was not the right candidate even though I believed in everything i was saying and was being absolutely honest. He could have rejected me there itself but no, he said i have cleared the HR round and said he doesn't want to take away the "opportunity" that they are providing me, as if the job "opportunity" they are providing wont be available for me in my life ever again and sent me to managerial round. after that round I never heard from them again. so they wasted nearly a week of my time and at the end they didn't give any sort of feedback either, it was ironic that the HR himself was not being honest in the end. i dont know why they persisted if they felt i was not the right candidate they could have rejected me in the HR round itself would have saved both parties a lot of time and resources. HR in this organisation try to assert that they are the most rightous people in the world while they clearly are not (you can read google reviews from other interviewers aswell). I was lucky enough to get an opportunity in a bigger organisation than this with better pay scale who value my talents and skills. so i recommend trying somewhere else. probably in retrospect im glad i was not selected since i got a better job. but all said and done, Maybe they are a good organisation if i think about it now and that the interviewers that interviewed me were just incompetent I might never know as i made a conscious decision that i will never interview with them again. i dont say this often but i genuinely feel they might lose valuable candidates if they persist with these incompetent interviewers but then again thats just my opinion.

      1 st Round- simple aptitude verbal and reasoning with 2 simple java programs 2nd round tecnical: as i was trained in full stack java development they asked questions on java just basic 3rd HR: basic intro and questions based on your resume 4th Manager round: again this round was technical round. Dont know why they took technical round again even though they tested my technical skills in first two rounds itself. that shows their incompetence. no clear order

      Entrevista

      My interview process at Xoriant consisted of multiple rounds: 1. Online Assessment The first round was an online assessment that consisted only of MCQ-based questions. It included: Aptitude (logical reasoning and quantitative) Basic programming concepts Core computer science fundamentals This round mainly tested theoretical knowledge and quick thinking. 2. Technical Interview 1 After clearing the assessment, I attended the first technical interview. Questions were asked on programming basics, data structures, and algorithms I was also asked to explain my academic projects The focus was on checking my understanding of core concepts. 3. Technical Interview 2 The second technical round was more in-depth. It included scenario-based and practical questions I had to explain my projects more clearly and in detail The interviewer focused on how I apply my knowledge 4. Managerial Interview In this round: Questions were based on problem-solving approach, teamwork, and handling situations It was more of a discussion than a strict technical interview 5. HR Interview The final round was the HR interview: Questions about my background, strengths, and career goals Discussion about joining, relocation, and expectations Overall Experience Overall, the process was smooth and well-structured. Each round gradually tested different aspects, including technical knowledge, practical thinking, and communication skills.
