interview process was very easy as long as you have patience and can handle working with persons with disabilities you will be fine just be yourself. be prepared thought because the pay does not equate to the amount of work you have to take on.

The interviewer was very pleasant and welcoming. He gave us a brief history of how the company came about and discussed the mission of YAI in detail. It was a group interview. We were asked general interview questions and then given a scenario. I did not accept the offer because I was offered a different position than the one I initially applied for but this was overall a good experience.
