Phone interview was set up days in advance. When the phone interview started, they told me they decided not to move forward with me before the call as I had worked too many jobs in the past year. Waste of my time, as if they didn’t see my work history before they set up the phone interview. All of my jobs I had good reason to leave and move on to something better and even explained that to them but it didn’t matter. Maybe you should look a little deeper into a candidate’s profile to make sure they meet YOUR standards before setting up an interview.
