2 phone calls, one with each founding partner, and then an in-person interview with both partners at the same time. The panel interview was pretty intimidating at first, but the partners are very easy going and made me feel comfortable. They asked some tough questions, but they also gave good feedback during the interview and listened at length to all my answers.
