It was one on one with someone asking me questions in a room and writing down my responses. Pretended to be on the phone and did scenarios. They were nice and friendly to me.

the interview process was fairly basic. you get an initial phone call, go in for a group interview and then you are interviewed one on one. the group interview is just a few people and then the one on one is just someone in your position interviewing you.

There was a phone interview, then a meeting with a sales manager, followed with one last phone call. They hire a lot of AE's every month. The whole processes take about a week or two tops.
