I applied online via Linkedin. I was contacted by a recuiter for a phone call around 2 weeks later. Process consisted on: initial 30 minutes screening interview with recruiter, 2 skype interviews with managers and three on-site interviews at the London office. The process took around 4 weeks, I got an offer a few days after the on-site interviews. Recruiter was really friendly and professional. The process was well structured and communication was clear and quick at all times. All interviewers I met were really friendly as well, interviews felt more like conversations and were really helpful to find out more about the job and company.
