The interview process was smooth, engaging, and thoughtfully structured. The recruiting lead and hiring manager (Design Lead) guided me every step of the way. From our first conversation, through a live and take-home assignment, to meeting other team members in a panel interview. What stood out most was their exceptional communication and willingness to answer every question. The take-home assignment was challenging, but I think this was important. It pushed me to think deeply and gave me the opportunity to showcase my skills to a panel that provided thoughtful, constructive feedback.
